Theoretically yes, but not sure.

This isn't a SL problem in this case but a Laptop problem - even if the LT fullfills all requirements there still might be some factor keeping it from running all the games a "normal" PC can. Back when I had the games shop my LT customers knew to simply bring it with them into the shop to test if a game would run or not before buying it.

If you have that chance - give it a go. If not - see if you can find a users forum and ask others who have the same LT if they have experience with running SL on it.

This should do great imo. My laptop is just under the #'s you listed and it does wonderful. I can even run WL pretty decent at a lower setting with my graphic card.

yes but get a cooler for it it will heat up and shut down .. SL and lap tops do not really go well as the CPU intensive SL will heat it up fast!

Funny you should say that.
It is true. My HP pavillion dv6258se melts. Its an HP flaw with the ADM dual core. There may even be a class action against them they know it and do nothing about that. My rant sorry lol.
Anyway never by that model or anything similar.

As a hardcore PC user, and certified in alot of it, I'd say "most likely". Just dont expect everything to run totally perfect.

Nothing beats a dedicated desktop system.
