My client has crashed 3 times so far while attempting to look at inventory (notice how I said "attempting"  ... and each time I've lost recent purchases I've made. Done everything mentioned in the recent blog post (except the part about emailing support... and I'm not sure how useful that would be anyway). Any recommendations??

Are the items actually gone? Like do you wait till the inventory is fully loaded (IE, it doesn't say "Loading X,XXX items..."
If it's fully loaded the window message is blank.
If they are gone, email support or call 'em up - but from what I've heard most lost items are unrecoverable because the servers suck.

Try clearing your cache.. It might help, but probably not.. I know one time i lost like half my invo, asked tech support they told me to uninstall and reinstall SL.. That actually did the trick. /shrug
