Trying to set up SL on my fiancee's machine but we can't seem to get the middle mouse button to work for voice chat (like it's supposed to). I click the button to cue on voice chat and it never activates it. I have checked and confirmed that the middle mouse button does work for other programs.
Currently she's running vista on a dell xps.

Currently she's running vista on a dell xps. This strongly sounds like a driver issue to me, as I've had similar issues with my IBM/Lenovo Thinkpads using Windows in the past. Make sure the driver isn't trapping the middle mouse for some special scroll feature, which is a surprisingly common feature with laptop pointing devices.
