Hi there,
I have this problem already very long, and i made already 2 tickets about it.
But LindenLab cant helpt me very well with it, they cant find what is the problem.
I have 2 computers.
One i use for games.
And the second one i use for other things.
The one for my games is one of the best computers i have, and i want to play Second Life on it too, before i was able to do that, but now i cant.
A very very long time ago i was banned, but that was a mistake, and i contacted LindenLab about that, and they have unbanned me.
After that ban, i get all the time the message when i try to login 'Cannot be accessed from this computer'
Reinstall Second Life doesnt work, and reinstall the computer doesnt work even.
I am now able to play Second Life on my second computer, and that computer is not good for Second Life, Lagg lagg lagg.
I hope someone can help me, because i want to resolve it.

Seems like LL is just giving you the run around. That is a ban, it's based on a hash of your mac address, first hardrives serial number and cpu serial number.
You can't get around it, if LL can't help you via support tickets you just simply can not access SL on that computer.

Sorry! But LL tolds me that there is nothing banned anymore. And i cant get around with special software? Wich software should i need then? |

LL makes mistakes unfortunately. Have you tried posting a support ticket from your original character? The one that got banned that is. If you use another they may not be able to help you as the new character is not linked in anyway to the ban that was intended for another.

But LL says there is nothing banned anymore... Yes, I was saying that the computer is banned, not an account. It's sad that LL can not help you, because this is a problem on there end. You will have to work it out with them. |

In the first one LL try's to help, but it didnt resolve. And later they didnt answer anymore. On my second ticket they completely didnt answer. And inworld the most lindens cant help me. |
