I recently joined a Group (FireGoddess). Now, my Avatar name (Seabunny Bunderfeld) has been changed to FireGoddess Seabunny Bunderfeld. Is there a way to get back to my Seabunny Bunderfeld Avatar name and still be a member of the Group? I didn't expect that joining a Group was going to change my Avatar name.

it doesn't, it's just a title.
while in world, right-click yourself and choose Groups.
A window pops up listing the groups your in. The active one provides your title, so select None, then Activate, and it'll clear it for you.
