character graphics are exploding when zoom in and out

Hello I have been play second life on my lap top and a few weeks ago it was fine but now when i log in on either the regular or emerald viewer my character loads then i see huge textures blowing up form him sometimes he is consumed by them or a huge white ball or just has a few on him. So if any one can help me Id be very thankful
my graphics card is- 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD4330 my OS is Windows 7 64-bit (like i said a few weeks ago it worked fine oh and i do not have the beta for windows 7 i have the full version)

If you haven't already done so, see if it helps to turn VBO off in Preferences / Graphics / Hardware Options.

I suspect the frequency with which I type "turn off VBO" is going to decline a good bit come Tuesday.
