Cant attach some Prim Objects after Update..

I am having an issue where some of my Prim Objects will attach, but there are others that just refuse to attach. I had no problem with this at all until I updated this morning. I have tried clearing my Cache, tried to attach on multiple sims, so I can only imagine it has something to do with the update itself. If somebody has had a simular issue feedback or a solution would be most appreciated.
