Cant See Or Use Group

i dont see my group list and i have been getting in and out of sl for 2 days now and nothignchanges and every time i cant see my groups i can not teleport out of my location as well what the hell is wrong with sl and how do i fix it ?????

i have this same issue, it seems to happen after a connection loss/crash, logging in to somewhere else fixes it, but going back to where the crash occured the problem comes right back, has been happening more often for me the last 2 weeks, 6 times this week alone

I agree i think it started the past month and somttimes it follows a crash or just when you log in sl , ofcorse its hard to log else were while you are out of sl and sl ticket support is only sending aumoated answers and that dosnt help me at all .... if any one has a way to fix it from my end or to complaine LL to fix it on there end please say so.
Now i see there is more tehn one person who suffers from this problam and i am sure LL may have did somthing to cause it

Same started happening to me yesterday, no groups in group list, can't teleport, even if I try to fly into another adjacent sim there is nothing there, so I am stuck in the one sim I log into (tried different ones) also got no voice and no sound, very messed up raised a ticket if I have any luck I'll post here.

one thing I noticed is it's taking longer on the initalizing multimedia section is this the same for you?

Not sure about the multimedia problam i think its the same for me and you should know i been ticketing LL for soem time now about this and all i got is the run around and all kinds of automated responses so better luck with them to you i hope you get them to fix it and post your answer.
besides that all your problams seem to corolate to myn as well

ditto here,

no land information
no multimedia (music or video)
no voice
no teleporting
no groups
lots of crashing
no sims around me



This only affected me a couple of days of the week, now it is almost daily.

They can not blame this on our ISP or computers if alot of people are experiancing the same stuff.

Since I joined the bugs are getting worse, and the support isn't much better. As a premium account holder, this is totally out of order!!

i am from israel and it happaned to me ... i am telling you thta after alot of cheaks and talking to people like you basic or preimum that this problam can not be solved and is being tottaly ignored by LL , and i am sure by now that the problam is on the sl end.
It seems that like every thing in world you have to "load" some functions get loaded after you compleatly connect to the sim but from some reasen the process got stuck and the information has not been sent fullt its like we are not really loaged and registered in sl we are simply there as specaters that can only watch and react to the only sim we got in to.
i would not try to pay any one for the resean as well becasue if we are not really registered in the system all the way then we cant TP,pay,media,groups(that is why it also says 0 groups).
as you know inventory is on a deferent server so maybe all the problams we had came from comunication problams with one of those servers and the bug has to be loacated on there end !
