There are a total of 6 people in this household. My fiance and I made accounts and the rest of the family wanted to join, but are unable to. Is this a restriction or just an issue? I know friends who have more than two accounts. We run on dsl, two comps are hooked up hardwire and the other 3 are wireless.
I don't know if we can't have more than two because of our connection type maybe?
Can this be changed, or not?

Could be a limit by IP address but I doubt it.
Using different email addresses? Only one per account would be normal.
Maybe a call to "The Man".
Someone should know.......

I believe it's accounts per email. Open a couple web emails and use them.

We tried using different e-mails, but that didn't work either. Still says we have reached the limit for the accounts we can have.

I'll try a test I have 5 on one e-mail and then a few more out there, now they were all made with time in between. In fact I just did one when the new names came out ...
if your using the places like avatar island it stops at 1 I don't know if its IP or just e-mail but I always skip that part.. will be back after I test.
EDIT:
Ok I added another using SKIP THIS on the community page used a e-mail with 4 accounts already used my RL Real info for now I don't know how many this has to be 10 total alts now including me and my first two mains from 04-05.. so this is odd that you can't get it to work.
clear your browser cashe maybe?
