i upgraded to a Radeon HD 3650 512 MB and ever since as soon as i start rendering the sim i am on i crash, been able to cut it down to if i just stand there i wont crash and it seems as soon as i try to render sculpties it also crashes, any advice or tricks to resolve this?

If you are running a ATI Graphics card... try disabling "Catalyst AI" in the 3D options in Catalyst Control Center Advanced mode. It Helped me with my ATI HD2600 XT....
