Odd Blue/Red/Green Smokey stuff

Ok, I must have activated some odd setting or something but All kinds of stuff such as objects with scripts that move or something or people give off Red and Blue cone shaped smoke particals. At first i thought a greifer may have done something but i logged on a different account and it does it there too.

Does anyone know what setting maby i turned on and tell me how to get rid of it.

It sounds like its this becon thing or something im not sure but iv tried all kinds of things and it wont go away.

It spamms these particals all over the world and its really anoying me.

Every now and then it lets off a puff of green and red smoke but its mainly blue


Any help would be nice

How did you fix the problem? I still have the same issues.

Edit: Fixed it with Ctrl+alt+shift+U

I have this same problem now, and CTRL ALT SHFT U does not help. Anyone have another idea?
