Whenever I change focus away from the SecondLife client (to, say, a browswer window) the SL client no longer updates. Is there a way to make the client remain active even though its window does not have focus?

None that I know of.
Probably something to do with having an OpenGL window in OSX.
Might want to repost this in the Mac Alpha forum to catch a Linden's response.
I wish this wasn't the case either. I mean, we can watch a movie in QuickTime in the background :-/
