Anyone else having problems with Billing info and / or cashing out?

The card on my billing info expired recently. LL did not notify me, the first thing I knew about it was that my process credit request was denied. Apparently it's not possible to process credit if you don't have a working credit card on file.

Ok, so I updated my billing info. I got 'not authorised'. Strange, as my card was brand new and had a very low balance.

I then tried my other three cards, each one being 'not authorised'. I then checked with my credit card companies, and they all said the same - there is no block on the card, and no request for payment had been received.

So I raised a support ticket with LL. That was two days ago, and they have still not replied. I am now unable to process credit, and have no idea what to try now and am getting seriously concerned.

I notice that LL recently gave over control of the L$ systems to a company called 'Dragonfish'. Since I've never had problems with process credit or updating billing info in the past, I can only assume the new company have not got it quite right.

Has anyone else had problems with updating their billing info or had trouble processing credit recently?

Update - in the slightly unusual event that anyone finds themselves having to update their billing info whilst not in their home country:

Don't try to update your billing info from abroad!

Although it took days to get resolved, LL did find the cause of the problem in the end. The payment system had blocked me as a matter of course because I was trying to update billing info from a country other than the one where my credit card accounts were held, which is kinda understandable. It took a lot of expensive phone calls and support ticket updates to find this out, so I thought I'd post this here, just in case it happens to anyone else.

Thanks Dave, that finally seems to explain why I was banned almost 2 years ago. Interesting finding and makes sense. What it doesn't explain is why the support ticket was never answered.
