When you click "Snapshot," at the top of the box that comes up you have three options: uploading the pic to SL, e-mailing it, or saving it to your hard drive.

hi Apollo, open the picture. Then click File -> Save Texture as.

The Save Texture only works if the texture/picture is full mod perms set.
