Serious issue with logging in

whenever i log in, i appear in the ground, or wall, or worse. sometimes i appear in the middle of a clear area with no land, and all i can see is the horizon. pretty as it is, i kind of want to go back to where i can actually play without going there

sometimes my avatar will be disfigured as well, like breasts will appear, or a ball in my spine will grow super large.
