Can't log in and stay in

Hmm I have had to relog twice tonight....first time I was talking to someone and suddenly nothing would work, could not type or standup so I logged out, when trying to log back in I kept getting error messages, got in for a little while then suddenly nothing would work again, could not walk or anything so I logged out and NOW...cannot get in at all :-(

I can't get in now either, I froze up and relogged several times, when i got back in last time i could see my name and jewellery but the rest of my av was invisible.

Now i can't get in at all waaaaaaaahh

I've rebooted, and reconnected - no change.

:(

funny thing was when this happened...I could not access secondlife.com at all.......cannot find server..and it wasn't my connection cos I could access other sites perfectly fine.

Logging in to Knowledge Base Problem

I haven't been able to log in to Knowledge Base since day 1. Customer Service said it was a bug they were working on. It's been 4 weeks now. Any hope in getting the bugs out?

Doubtful. The Knowlege Base is one of those bugs that just won't go away, sort of like the problems with the auto-updater.

Dear Carnildo,
It's confusing then, when the Linden Support offers this advice when I ask questions:

"Common Wisdom

The answers to many frequently (and more than a few not-so-frequently) asked questions can be located in the Knowledge Base...available 24 hours a day, seven days a week."

It should not be advertised as a resource for us poor newbies if it just isn't going to be...ever. We are encouraged to find our own answers to our questions, then the resource doors are closed!
I could wait for a bug to be fixed, but if Linden isn't working on it at all, then just tell us we are on our own...fending for ourselves in the stormy Linden Seas. Don't offer a Knowledge Base carrot.
