1.2.3 Install Corrupt?

I keep getting an error on the new installer, I tried downloading it manually and got the same error.

NSIS ERROR
Installer verification Failed

This could be the result of an incomplete download, a failing dish or (possibly) corruption from a virus.

Well I doubt case one is the problem since I downloaded it 3 times, case 2 I certainly hope not, and I am running norton AV so I should be safe there.

Any ideas?

Ok nevermind, somehow my cache which I set to 500mb grew to over 1gb and filled my OS partition. A reinstall fixed it.
