I cannot seem to get a update or clean installation of the newest viewer for Secondlife, I tried updating from a previous build and before that was a clean installation. When updating I tednt o get random file names that encounter errors and needs closing like 16A.exe and 17E.exe. I little insight would be nice. >_>

System specs? Also, what exactly do the errors say?

I don't have them exact at the moment but the computer has Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66 GHz 2.67 GHz, 3.00 GB of RAM Windows XP Service pack 3
The erros randomize the name but it only says "Example.exe has encountered an error and needs to close"

I don't know what's going on but filenames like 16a.exe and the like make me think about malware. You might want to let your anti-virus and other anti-malware software do the most thorough, exhaustive scan they can do.
Beyond that I'd say uninstall the SL software, check to make sure that the SL program folder is actually deleted, manually delete the SL cache folder, and delete the settings.xml file. Delete the existing SL installer, and redownload the SL installer. Then reboot your computer and try installing again.

The weirdest part is that Avast isn't picking up anything and it's the official files from Secondlife itself that is being downloaded, so I really have no idea what could possibly be making those particular files to pop up, but as stated, they seem random and unorganized.

Are you relying on the Avast AV resident scanner, the one that runs in the background, or have you told it do an exhaustive scan - i.e., where it's checks every single file on the system, regardless of what type of file they are or where they are?
When I tell my AVG to do an exhaustive scan it takes a long time, like a whole 24 hours day.
Obviously I don't tell it to do that very often.
What are all the filenames that appear in the error messages, exactly?
Is the Avast program you use an all-around anti-malware program, or just an anti-virus program?
You say the filenames in the messages are randomized. You mean, they change from one time to another?
Perhaps you could provide some screenshots of the process.

Malware was my first thought as well, but it's also possible that those are temporary executables, which serve to install various parts of the viewer software. I'm totally making that up, though, as I have no idea what they actually are.
As for Avast, I've read that it's unfortunately prone to letting certain trojans, particularly image-based trojans, slip through the cracks. You might want to download the trials for some other antivirus programs, and see if they find anything Avast might have missed. This will be a minor pain, since you'll have to uninstall each one to try the next one (not a good idea to run multiple AV's at once), but it's worth doing on any machine that is behaving strangely. Also, I recommend using Spybot and Adaware on a regular basis, if you aren't already.
Additionally, some 'first aid' might be in order. A broken registry and/or a badly fragmented system drive could cause all manner of failures. Get yourself a good registry cleaner, and invest in high quality defragger. For the former, take your pick, as there are lots of good ones out there, many of which are free. For the latter, I highly recommend Diskeeper. It's well worth its price tag. There's simply no better tool available to keep your hard disk(s) in tip top shape. Diskeeper does its job so well, it's almost a crime to run a PC without it.
And of course, if you haven't been updating regularly, make sure you've got all the updates for Windows, and all the latest drivers for all your hardware (and that includes your motherboard, network card, etc., not just your video card).
If all else fails, you could always do the nuclear option: back up all your data, reformat your system drive, and reinstall everything from scratch.
Those are all the ideas I've got for now. Good luck.
