i keep getting random greys under certain oprion that should not be there
frist time i noticed is under my vidcard menu :it would only let me select 16 mb
second time i noticed is under the shine menu its greyed out for no reason and when i try to use it it sets every thing to high shine

What video card do you actually have? Are you running your correct video drivers?

its not the video card becuase its recoizing the video card and i can go above 16 now its sl

You may need to disable antivirus, uninstall your graphics drivers in the Windows Control Panel, then download and install the latest drivers for your graphics card WHILE antivirus is disabled. (nVidia requires you follow these steps to avoid driver corruption).
This is especially important if you've done any kind of system restore or rollback recently.
