Sorry if this has already been asked but am I the only one under the communications window missing groups. I'm running an emerald viewer and a normal viewer cleaned out cache restarted pc and still nothing is showing up.

Try going into Edit, Preferences and General. Under the My Home box is a "Show start location at log in" tick this and log out. When relogging, you will see a box near you name, "Type start location" in this box type in Aqua. This should solve the groups problem you are having.
