:D I was thinking maybe someone did due to the 1321 emails I got in my inbox this morning. I don't play anymore but obviously my account is still active (YAY) but I think if I recall I disbanded from the groups I belonged to.

Anyhoo, when's this going to be fixed? I mean, trust me, I LOVE email as much as anyone, especially when it isn't trying to get me to enlarge this or enhance that, but along with the floods of forwards my internet addicted mother sends me from Send-A-Friend, Send-A-Pet, Send-A-Smile, and a million other mass emails, I'm weeping as I'm sorting though!

Have mercy on my box :D

Sigh, sorry Phaylen. :)

We uncovered a nasty bug in our system which selectively mail-bombed a few of our users. It had actually been in the system for a long time, but apparently nobody had attempted to use the particular feature in the particular way that triggered it until yesterday. And E3 started yesterday, so, of course... :)

We've found and fixed it, and it shouldn't happen again.

We're trying to directly contact everybody we bombed, but there's a few people that we haven't had a chance to contact personally yet - if you haven't heard from us yet, we're SO, SO, SO, SO, SO, sorry. :)

There's another thread about this (titled Mail flood!)... If we post more info to the forums about this bug, we'll post it there.

BTW, the in-world kick-me offer that I extended to the people that I personally got around to e-mailing applies to you, and the others we haven't spoken to yet, as well. But I know who you are, so don't anybody who hasn't been affected by this try it. ;)

Did I mention that we're sorry? :)

If I see anyone kicking Doug, they will suffer the same fate as the sod who dared to move my picnic table. >:D
