I need to find out which ports i need to set as trigger ports and which ones to set for public ports for second life client. I know that ports 12030 to 12050 and 13000 to 13050 need to be set but the router requires outgoing trigger port (s). If anyone knows what these port numbers are please post. If any other tech info is needed I can provide if you post a question. I will try to scout the SMC website for any useful information about port forwarding.

i'm helping him with this, and we think we may have found some honest-to-god port forwarding. unfortunately it requires a firmware update i will be working with him on getting the firmware update done, and at that point one of us will probably post indicating the level of success we've had in finding a true port forwarding feature and not some cockamamie port triggering setting once we get this part ironed out, i'm assuming he'll try to log in first thing tomorrow afternoon, and at that point, will hopefully remember to post an update if not, i'll check in and make an update when i get home from work (~8PM PST)

well the router still doesn't have proper port forwarding. however, i remembered that since he has speakeasy (the 1337est ISP on the west coast ), he has a second static IP available. so, we just set him up as a DMZ straight to that second IP, and he's in just fine
