or is the latest update more buggy that the previous one? I seem to be crashing considerably more lately and the only hting that has changed on my system is SL.

More bugs than South Florida

Orlando - I've been having rotation problems when building, scripting problems, ghosting problems and problems modifying my appearence. Yup - I'd say this latest update has a few bugs. I thought maybe it was the sim I was on - but I'm hearing the same from others.
Does anyone know when the rotation bug will be fixed?

I had a ton of problems this mornng with objects where I suddenly couldn't edit and position them anymore. Then I would delete them to try again and they would often ghost. Log out and back in, try again.

I have to try 3 or more times to get past the User Server now that they have the new Snow Sims up. Did not happen before the Snow Sims were activated.

Snow sims were clearly problematic for a number of people... I am not complaining, the darn things just materialized. Heck even Yahweh took 7 days to get it sorted... But, just in case Lindens did not recieve 10,000 similar problem reports today, I will say that I experienced the forementioned symptoms of: - can't contact user server, and
- crippling lag in the snow sims

The lag may be from all the trees.
I'm having an odd problem where I'll connect, everything will be fine, then I'll be stuck, and my internet will stop working all together. Only fix is to reconnect my modem, I'm 100% sure SL is causing my internet to disconnect.
I'm stuck at the telehub in the snow sim...

Correction, something at that telehub kills my internet connection.
When I watch my modem, my WAN light starts going full on yellow (meaning a whole slew of activity is going on). My guess is something at or around that area is sending a whole hell of alot of data and floods the connection.
I finaly was able to teleport out, and now everything is ok once I'm out of those sims.

Oz,
I have had that situation happen in extremely full sims. What I do is go into preference, on the log-in page, and set where I appear to home, instead of last location. That has always helped me in that situation. Then when I get home, I set it back to appear where I last left.

From: someone Originally posted by Oz Spade The lag may be from all the trees. I don't have a lag problem when I go to Salazar's Forest in Rodeo. Tons of trees there.
