Streaming sound issue

As of last night, all streaming audio qiut working for me. No matter what sim I am in, nobodys streams will play. The play button is there showing playing, but I don't get any sound. To be sure, I checked my preferences and audio isn't muted and I am allowing streams. It all seemed to start when I tried to set my land up for a stream. All other sounds play just fine like wind, typing, etc. etc.
Relogged and even tried rebooting the comp, but to no avail. Any ideas?

If you open one of the streams in Winamp, do they play then?
If not, there's something else wrong...

Yes my stream plays in winamp, however I have found that streams on other sims somtimes play, but most of the time not. This just started last night,
up until then everything was just fine.
