Hi all!
Since this morning i cant log on to my account (this one i use is not mine), i have searched for my name in game and can't find it. I'm still able to connect to the website, but i can't do anything there. No account history, etc
Is it a well known issue? Or my account will be lost? What can i do?

have you checked your e-mail, have you checked your password is correct, no caps-lock etc.

Yes, as i said i'm still able to connect to the website with this account but it seems empty at all. I have even tried to reset my password without success. So i'm sure it's not cause of me. Also the fact that my friends can't find my name when they search it means that there is a real problem

Two friends of me with Premium accounts having the same problem... They receive next message when they try to login
"Are you having a little trouble with your password or security
question? We can get this straightened out by talking to you."
and a telephone number...
anybody have more information about this?

I have exactly the same problem................i just created this alt so i could get in world.
If i search for my proper ava in search.............its not there !!!!!!!
Gets worse though.................i went to my sim................looked in the groups for my businesses and my ava has disappeared out of the groups !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WTF is going on i have many thousand L$ on my first ava account..............i have a sim in her name.............i have land in her name..........i have 4 businesses in her name..............can't get at my lindensdollars......................can't even go to my home because security kicks me.
Have phoned LL in the states..............from Germany ( 20 mins waitng listening to stupid music) !!!!! then the answer i get is please issue ticket...........issued ticket ...........no answer yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! except the usual crap......."ticket escalated to the relevant department................"
Has someone somewhere hacked LL system.............anyone heard anything ???

My friend doesn´t appear in inworld search, but appear in web search... She is a member of several groups of my property but she doesn´t appear at my groups info window as a member.
But she appear at my contacts list from wich i can open her profile window. In her profile window, in groups frame i can see that she is a member of my groups.
Very extrange... Now, waiting her ticket to Linden Lab to be solved

something very strange really is going on............just rung the support telephone line again..........they can't or won't tell me anything just get answer issue ticket and wiat for response.................posted ticket nearly 24 hours ago...............still no response.
Just unbelievable how rubbish the customer service at LL is
