Close Second Life and restart Second Life.
You have to "Log In" in order to enter the Second Life virtual world, hence, "relog" means restart the program.

It can be distressing if one thinks it might be difficult to remedy, however relogging is a simple fix. It's a funny joke once or twice at most, but it's character-building to appreciate the silliness then move on without becoming upset. People are too quick to file ARs, I think.
