Does anyone know why when i upload 32bit targa textures with alpha channels they just turn out to be rainbow colors instead of the real textures?

I have noticed a glitch where clothing will appear as a rainbow fo a bit - They said they are workin on it, in the meantime, changing youe avs skin shade by a single notch will "reset" they skinning.
if its on everything, or even uploads that way - i don't know - make sure you have the latest drivers - I hear that helps on some display glitches.
