A friend of mine is having trouble with SL and her laptop. For some reason, SL only crashes when she is charging her laptop. She has been having this problem for a while, and we have tried different viewers along with basic computer maintenance things(updating drivers, etc). The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1525. Any help would be appreciated.

Guess need more info, does the laptop become unstable with all software when charging or just SL? When you plug in the charger the laptop may be changing from battery saver mode to full performance mode and this is causing the crash. To test it go to the power management settings and set the machine to run the same on battery power and mains and see what happens.
