Login Packet Never Received

When I try to login today, the login progress gets stuck on "Waiting for Region Handshake," and when the login times out, I get the following message:

"Unable to connect. Login packet never received by login server."

Any ideas? Thanks.

try a different region at the login screen like: morris or drakul
