Cant make an account

I just tried to make an alt account today. I wanted an alt account for non-trolling reasons, but for billing reasons, I want one account to have all my lindens on to be safe.

Read for explanation to alt account, if not skip this paragraph to go straight to my question.
[I was suspended twice on this main account because some guy has been harrassing me and reporting me when I'm not even doing anything. He came to MY land and attacked me, and I banned him, and the next day I was suspended. When I signed back in finally I got a message from him saying "I hope you enjoyed your suspendment, that was all my doing, should have let me flood your sim and then he came back on an alt account and the situation repeated. I told LL about it but nothing was done.]

I tried this morning to make an alt account. I chose a name, signed up, and then the confirmation email never arrived. Not in the spam folder either, and i kept asking for it to be resent, but nothing ever showed. So I made another email account to try [both were yahoo] and did the same. Emails "sent" but never showed. Getting frustrated I made a gmail account and once again, nothing showed up in ANY folder, so I know it wasn't the email providers because I used 2 different ones, plus my Main account [this one] was activated via gmail months ago and the email had arrived no problem. It's been hours and still no email on ANY email account.

So I just now tried making ANOTHER account and it said I exceeded the number of accounts per household. I can understand the limit, but what am I supposed to do when I cant get any activation emails sent to activate the accounts? I made three accounts because all 3 times, they wouldnt send an activation email, even after hitting resend, so I had no choice but to make another account. I'm not trying to troll, and I understand why theres a limit, but seriously, what am I supposed to do when LL won't send the activation email?

I asked my friend to make an account for me as a last ditch effort, and SHE didnt get an activation email [aol] either. LL is not sending out the confirmation emails so now what do i do? It's not really fair to limit me when I exceeded the amount only because LL wouldnt send the emails. Thanks.

Submit a support ticket. Don't get into your issue with what caused you to want an alt to begin with.........that will only confuse the problem and mix two different issues.

On the reason file an AR.......include the chat log containing the person's gloat about getting you suspended.

The not recieving the confirmation email and the person you are having a problem with are two separate problems.........tended to by two different departments of support.

Are you using the same address, phone number, etc?

What if you try creating the account at a friend's house or the library?
