Inventory alf emptied

I herd about this glitch but my items have not returned after these following procedures :

I cleared caches at least 20 times reloged as well.

I also reset server and re-downloaded sl

I also cleared chache from non loged in window.

I also cleaned my inventory of stuff i dint need .

After all this 10 000 of my items as not returned?

been 2 days now...i contacted LL without any come back i guess because of the week end!

What is left to do?

someone had the same issue lost items from inventory for over four days, found them through this. Hope this helps.

A more effective way to "clear cache" is to manually delete the cache folder from your hard drive........the folder will be rebuilt the next time you launch SL. Due to the cache folder being located differently with what operating system you might be using, it's easiest to find where the folder is by looking on the "network" tab in preferrences.......the location should be shown just below the "clear cache" button.

Hey i got the same problem

some of my items i see in my inv. but they are missed from database...
my dancehud whas detachet by self and sl have set him after this on the very last position from my inv. after that i could not wear anymore the hud and rezing goes not to....after a relog the whas totaly lost in my inv.....
so i have tryed different viewer....clearing cache and relogging x-times....deletet cachefiles from my hdd....but nothing works...
and the greatest thing i get no fucking answer from linden on my ticketsubmite....
that now the 4 hud with dance's who i lost on this way so all in all over 30k for the ass....
so i hope some one can help me

On what grounds do you make that claim? Did you used to have a lot of cats in your inventory, but now they're all gone?

On a serious note, DjBlacky, you're describing an entirely different problem from what Alexandra experienced. If items are missing from the database, there's nothing you can do to fix it on your end. Something's gone wrong server-side.

Chances are the item itself is still on the sever, but the node that constitutes your inventory's link to it has been damaged somehow. It happens from time to time. Annoying as it is, it's rarely permanent. It usually works itself out after a few days. How long has it been?

On the off chance that the link is permanently lost, I'd suggest you contact the creator, explain the situation (politely, without the F-bombs), and ask for a replacement. He or she will be able to look through his or her transaction history, and see your original purchase. If this person has brain-one for customer service, a replacement should be no problem.

That is, unless the item itself has been lost or damaged, in which case the creator would need to re-create it. If that were going on, the creator would likely already be well aware of the problem, since all copies ever bought by anyone would be affected.

so i have buyed the dances now new....
have put the in the hud *good thing that the hud is copy*
have take the hud into my inv.
have wear them.....and sl have moved my hud again on the last place in my inventory under the libary *this time without that sl have detachet him*...
i cant move my hud out of the libary into the normaly inventory *again*
atm. i wear the hud but i know wen i detach him he is lost again with the dances thats not anymore normal
so why i can't move the hud from the libary to my normal inventory without that i loose him?!? *and sorry for the last post but i'm realy pissed of atm. in world support gives no answer and on my tickets answer no one to*
