I'm sure I'm placing this in the right spot. I'm not sure if I should call it an IM issue or a Sim Issue though. For about the last 24 hours I have had an issue with receiving IM's from others. The issue only happens when I am in a certain Sim. Anyone that IMs me gets told I am offline and it saves yet they can read anything I send to them. It also was the same when I IMed anyone else in the Sim from outside of it. Within the Sim we could IM only those within the lines of the area. But the second I leave the Sim it returns to normal people can IM me fine as long as they are not on the Sim. The Region is Dark Creatures of the Night, Morgan Bay (243, 96, 21). It was perfectly fine yesterday. Yet all day I have dealt with the issue as have a few others. I cleared cache restarted my system even reinstalled SL and still behaves the same. Is it a IM issue on my end or something I need to get fixed on the Sim? Or is it just a random SL glitch that other areas have experienced as well?

Has anyone bothered to restart the sim?
If it is a mainland sim, and you own land on it, you can file a support ticket to have it restarted.
If it is a private estate, ask an estate manager or the owner to restart it.

I do believe it is a private estate. Alright I'll try that then hopefully it works thank you.
