I keep trying to login into my secondlife account and it keeps saying that the system is logging me out and tells me when I can log in. But I have been trying for hours and I can't! I asked a friend to check to see if I showed on line and I do. They went to my second life parcel and my avatar is there but not logged in from my computer! At that point I logged into my sl account to try and file a support claim but the ticket system is down. I checked past transactions and it shows a dash where my total linden amount would be...not a zero. How do I log out of SL if I am not logged in?? I have already missed a days work in SL!

I have done cntrl. alt delete and there is no instance of SL viewer running? Someone please help!

I have had this happen to me before...what happens I "think" is that the viewer crashed, but in a way that kept you logged into SL. When you try to log in, sl logs out that instance of "you" so you can re-log in. Kinda like if I had an alt running at home, and decided to log my alt in from work...i would have to kick that alt off first before I can log in.

When this happens to me, usually what I do is close the sl viewer and re open, and I can usually log in...sounds like SL doesn't like your avi right now, you might be in suspended animation :)

Try getting a friend or an alt to send you an IM. Sometimes that reminds SL that you're not really there.
