I'm just trying to log in for the very first time and it says "Login failed. Unable to connect to a simulator."
I'm not sure if this is some problem on my end or if the server is just not very responsive right now. I noticed some other posts to that effect but also some saying the problem is resolved now.
I just have a free acount.
Any idea if this is error message corresponds to a problem on my side or the server is just not available at the moment?

Same here. Used to get to Contacting User Server and stop, so I fixed the ports in my firewall. I am a first time user myself, Just installed SL for the first time today. The simulator went down within about five minutes of me connecting. It seems the problem is on their end, not ours.
