The fourth guy from the left along the top isn't highlighting correctly. He highlights when the mouse leaves his area, but not while the mouse hovers over him. Where as all the others highlight while you hover over them.

he seems to highlight randomly by either being over the purple guy or red haired gal

Play with it some and you will see if you hover the mouse over him and then move the mouse away he highlights then fades. Hes just missing the mouse hover action.
