Is there a complete list of all keystrokes anywhere. I probably know 90% of them but would like a definitive list if one exists. I am playing around with a keyboard macro program and don't want any conflictions.

On the PC there is a file .../Program Files/SecondLife/app_settings/keys.ini which appears to contain the authoritative list of key commands for avatar actions.
I could not find a similar configuration file for non-avatar control functions like Ctrl-M => bigmap, etc. nor does it cover debug commands like Alt-Shift-4.
