Can't start second life

When i start second life a error screen pop up it says this"Second Life is unable to run because your video card drivers are out of date or unsupported. Please make sure you have the latest video card drivers installed. If you continue to recevie this message, contact customer service." what!? i have the newest video card drivers adn i got a good video card soo whats the problem (ps, i use Vista)

What is that "newest driver" and that "good video card"?

lol how the hell is anyone going to know what you consider "the latest drivers" or your opinion of a "good video card"

i have a "good" matrox card, wont run SL at all, not meant to, it has the "latest" drivers from about 2 years ago

give info and quit expecting us to be a mind reader jackass

I guess I'm out of here. In fact I'm going to quit even trying to help any poster that has a join date less than 30 days from their first post in this forum. Since LL has opened up the forums to "no payment information on file" I've seen so many threads demanding help and giving absolutely no information on their systems...........a few even don't discribe the problem they are experiencing. Just a "SL won't load" or "SL does not work" or something to that tune. Then we get a smart ass response when someone asks for more information.

Sorry for you sincere folks out there..........I've had it. Call LL's tech support. If you can't get support from them because you are not paying one single dime then I'm sorry. I don't get a penny here either. And I will not put up with the abuse from some idiot who thinks they have all the answers.
