I've gone through the help topics and tried everything to teleport away from New Berlin3. Every time it seems like it's going to load a new destination it disconnects me and says that it's because I'm trying to leave the region. This is really frustrating.

It sounds like you have "My last location" set, so it will keep trying to send you back to the same place.
Have you tried logging into a different region? Here's how:
* Log off, then startup again.
* On the login screen go to Edit > Preferences > General.
* If you have "My last location" set as the start location, change it to "My home" or type in the name of a different region (any sim will do).
