Suspended without explanation.

Hi hoping for a bit of help,i have been unable to access sl for a week or so now,says"unable to access from this computer".
I have submitted several tickets via the correct ticket portal and had several responses saying we are putting you in the correct queue etc etc etc.
I have asked as to why i am suspended everytime and never got a reply,they even requested my IP,getmac number and vol serial number all of which i supplied and still nothing.
Now they are saying check other id emails i do have an alt and nothing in there,this is also a shared PC and i am not the only one with access to sl from it.
How can i possibly know who to ask who uses this pc,and i certainly wouldn't entertain the idea of prying into others business!!!.
As i say i am unaware of anything i have done to break sl tos and have asked on every ticket i submit.
I constantly get different people answering me and fobbing me off to another person,then a couple of days later i am back to square one,like groundhog day!!!!
Yet the powers that be turn a blind eye to spampires constantly griefing in PG areas,maybe because they spend a shed load of money on their pyramid money making scheme.
Seems like one rule for one and one for another.
Totally at the end of my tether any help would be appreciated as i am getting no where with the linden lot!!!!

How many others use your computer to access SL?

Maybe someone else who has an SL account and used that computer did something to earn a ban/suspension?

There are 2 others with 4 or 5 ids i believe,but noone has has a reason for suspension,i have just had yet another FINAL SOLUTION reply from admin asking for the same things i have supplied several times over last week,and yet again no explanation as to why i am suspended even though i ask everytime i submit my question.
I have no idea what i am supposed to do,apparently the other users have 1 or 2 alts that they cannot remember their email to though though they are apparently seldom used so probably not the issue here.

Obviously the other users of your computer screwed the pooch with griefing or some behavior that caused a ban. Interrogate the other users of that computer.

Sorry Sue misunderstanding what i mean is the people who use the PC have ALTs that they cannot remember the email to,so they cannot check email to see if an AR has been put in.
However we know the names of the ids that are used and have checked all ids on sl using a different PC and all work no problem.
None of the people using the PC are griefers and none are under age users.I am the youngest at 38!!!
LL say they need verification via a passport sent to America of a certain user,yet they decline to say the name of the user whos passport they want.
I will start again today submitting a new ticket as i have done for the last week,giving the IP no,vol serial no and getmac No, as requested and supplied on three seperate occasions again.
Linden Lab STILL have not said why the pc is suspended having been asked on several occasions and as previously stated all the IDS used on this pc work on others without a problem.

This happened to me once and it was very frustrating. From what I understand, they were tracking down some fraud of some kind and banned a range of IP addresses and mine got caught in the net. I called billing which worked eventually. Their customer service in my experience has improved greatly since then so you might give them a call and see what is up...billing dept first if you are a paying customer.

I suspect that your ban is temporary collateral damage so follow it up.

I get that dumbass message occasionally...ignore it...keep trying and you will log in..I usually notice I can get back in when it drops below 60,000..rolls eyes..coincidence ...maybe... another form of restricting logins without actually admitting it..probably...just roll with it.

Well thanks for all the help,i had not heard a thing from the sl powers that be over the last two days as they ignored all tickets and requests for the reason the PC was suspended,until that is i got an email from the community support team asking for 5 mins of my time to fill out a survey regarding sl support portal and a completely unrelated incidnt i had over xmas.
I filled it out and put in there what i was experiencing at this time and hey presto 15 yes 15 minutes later i recieved another email saying i was free to log in to sl again.
So a big ty to the sl community team for their fast response without questioning,without putting obstacles in my way,without ignoring me,without asking me to send my passport to America,without giving me reasons as to why i was suspended.
Same company and a totally different outlook on how to treat their customers.Thanks again sl community team.
