I posted a message about not being able to get in to second life. It has been deleted.

There appears to be no email for feedback of errors getting in, even though the help told me to mail it in.

The status pages is blank.

I have not been able to enter SL once and I am beginning to doubt that I ever will - I appreciate you are in Beta, and are too busy to help noobs, but come on - deleting threads?

Any help would be appreciated.

Any error messages, computer specs, anything? Something beyond "It doesn't work" would be helpful.

We haven't deleted any tech threads other than ones about credit cards, as we would rather those get sent to us directly.

Folks, please send billing issue problems to [email]support@lindenlab.com[/email]. We are very protective of our billing information, and we would rather keep any conversations that are remotely related to financial transactions - private.

As for not being able to log in, the fastest way to get a response is by sending an email via the knowledge base. Please leave as much information as possible.

Just to update, a Linden contacted me by email.

The thread does appear to have been deleted, it had nothing to do with Financial transactions, it was a complete description of my issue including all specs error messages and a section of the log, which is why I was unwilling to repeat this info again.

The post may have been deleted because of your inclusion of the log file; that log included your user name and password...information you probably don't want to be passing around.

I reported a post with an included log file about a week ago. It may have been yours.
