I cannot change my contact info (my email address need to be updated asap) on my account. I am loged in my account also in-world and the passwords is correct, but when I try to change my email address it tells me my password is incorrect, so I can't update my contact info.
LL Support could not help with my support ticket as they could not help with this 404 Server error thats why I am asking here .

LL Support could not help with my support ticket as they could not help with this 404 Server error thats why I am asking here . Problem is the account database here too. You need to remover the dashes *-* in your password. For example: making a password like this: aShadAs-a1231-24dG-fgA2-234h works fine for logins in-world and web site but the database in the account update will give you the message " incorrrect password" Just change your password |
