Doubling up

I'm currently experiencing a rather bizarre problem. Every time I chat my words appear t wice. Every time I purchase an item I get two copies. Evert time I create or take an object I get an extra copy. I seem to be experiencing a second life in second life. Hell, even this message will probably appear twice.

Coupled with this (excuse the pun) I seem to have a problem wearing and removing certain items of clothing like jackets and socks. Am I the only one going through these travails? Any ideas on how I can fix this or should I just expect everything to magically correct itself?

Are you on a wireless, i know a few that uses that and sometimes when they chat it comes out double on screen.

Wearing/taking off bug prob cache issue, clear it and try then.

Tho i never heard of anyone getting x2 copies of everything : o

I have been getting this problem too, it just started happening today.
the wierd thing is it seems to not happen in some regions.
I am on wireless, but I haven't encountered this problem before.
I tried re installing SL and emptying cache etc, but I am still stuck with this infernal echo!!!
if anyone can help, it'd be awesome : )
