Yes, I am having a similar issue, on the average I have about twenty visitors a day all who actively vote knowing I am a struggling entreprenuer. However for the past couple of days it actually tells people they have already voted, when they haven't. It does the same thing to me at other establishments in downtown Natoma. I usually, like many of us down there, walk the boardwalk and support my fellow vendors. However, finding a new place erected and trying to vote it tell me "We're sorry, you have already voted."

On the average now it actually allows to voted to be given, some random person will fly along and it ill actually register their vote. Even for these miniscule votes, I am not getting anything for it.

Maybe it's just me and my Vote box is broken :)

Add on top of this problem is the issue of NOT being able to vote. I have had this happen to me in 3 different sims, where I go to vote and I am told I have already voted, which I have not.

Many others have also experienced this.

Same problem with messages saying I got votes, and then not getting any payment. Or not even getting the messages. I thought this problem was from having server problems at the time the votes are counted and processed. That if your server is having problems, your vote box just doesn't get processed. And my understanding as well from Haney's previous post is that if this is the cause, you will not get reimbursed, but that over time it should even out because statistically all servers should have similar and equal problems over time.

Also same problem with the vote box telling people they've already voted when they haven't. Haney looked at my vote box on Clementina last night, and it hadn't reset from the day before, which is why it wasn't taking some people's votes. Yesterday was the first time I know for sure this happened to me, but it may have happened the night before -- I dunno really cuz I wasn't inworld that night.

I have had the same problems since the new voting stations were introduced. I have two stations, one in Tehama and one in Federal, and have not received payment for one of the stations, if not both, on a daily basis.

But now I feel so much better…..

The way I understand this, if my dog gets run over by a car today, I can take heart in the fact that my neighbors dog will most likely get ran over too! Yep, makes me feel a lot better.

LMAO Yep, exactly.

What I had suggested was averaging the votes for the prior week or two, and then paying the average. Not perfect, and could overpay some, but not a bad solution I think.

More vote station problems. This results from last night include only six regions so I'm sure we missed some votes. However, we've think we may have found the bug and hope, again, that its fixed. I look forward to the data tomorrow.

Unfortunately for those who lost money, we've decided that it would take too long to be try to figure out and pay the amounts that were not paid due to the bug. We don't have the data so we would have to manage requests from each individual.

I apologize for this set back. I realize how frustrating it is for many of you; for many of us as well. We'll figure it out and get it fixed if we haven't already.

This can be read as "sorry, managing these requests is too much work and isnt going to happen"

AND

"We will pay if you send a request"

I imagine its the first one. Please clarify.

Yes, it's the first one - it doesn't make sense for us to review individual requests.

Oh my... how ...apathetic

Ya know,, I'm thinking really hard about some sorta snyde analogy to use here , but I can't think of anything that's really good, though the thought of LL having all the company mice unplugged and collected for a week forcing staff to work with keyed input only kinda gives me a chuckle..

Ya know cake taste good,, but we need cash to build your content,, er, I mean our neato stuff ;)

Yah,, cool, thank U for empathizing...ya know that would really seem a lot less like tha company line if it hadda $1000 attached to it for EVERYONE in game,,, that's prolly more than some lost & less than others,, but it's the thought that counts right??? Camman!!! it's fricking Christmas!!!
