hi my debug isnt working all the usual things like cntrl alt and d shift etc dont work for me and the linden couldnt help. he sugested i go into knowledge base but it refuses my correct password. *sigh* i have met another person with the same problem what can we do?

I thought it was just Ctrl Alt D.
If you dont have a "Debug" category on your menu at the top of the screen, you need to enable it by pressing one of the aforementioned key combos.
Only then will you be able to use those handy keyboard shortcuts.

I could never access the DeBug menu either till someone told me to add the "Shift" to the sequence.
