I cant seem to join land, I bought some up in Clara, but cant join it, now I have 7 pieces of land. Is this a bug?

1. make sure your billing option is big enough
2. sell the ladn to a friend for 1$ then buy it back

I also noticed that if you have two squares of land separated by another square you don't own, then buy that middle one and click on 'join' it will only attach to the most recent purchase and not to both squares. You have to release and buy them again in a different order so that they all join.

All my land was bought AND joined to the land previously purchased. Yet it still shows as 5 plots.

I really dont want to sell my land and buy it back.

Seems like a bug they should fix.

Also, been getting offers on my land, would like to join it, and sell it as 1 piece.

I am trying to subdivide my land that was previously joined. It seems that the only way to do this is to release it and buy it back in smaller pieces. I already own it, why should I have to buy it again? When I select "Subdivide" there is no indication of how many meters I have selected so it is a hit or miss proposition. I am trying to subdivide into precise parcels but I am unable to do this. I am told that if I divide the parcel, the only way to rejoin it is to release it and buy it again. Obviously, this was not well thought out like the rest of v1.2. I am running out of time to accomplish this subdivision and I don't see any fixes coming from the Lindens. January 12th is right around the corner....

You can drag-select a square of land to subdivide it. It works pretty well, I have done it many times and re-joined it again with the selling to a friend and buying it back for $1 trick.

What you can't do is easily subdivide into a non-rectangle shape. You have to carve away at the part you want with multiple subdivides, then re-join them in some way later.

Having the abilty to re-join land would be a nice help.

And fixing the bug that makes land sizes and values no longer show up would be nice too...

Selling land also would be easier if its one plot.

Currently my land is an L type shape, in 7 pieces, really annoying. Should be an easy fix for it.

Not sure, but sometimes I cant build more prims on land, says Im used up, which isnt true. Another bug, but its all work in progress.
