I'm not sure if it's just me or what but, it's been hard for me to teleport anywhere. I keep trying and it keeps telling me how it cannot do it in a quick manner or something.
It took me atleast 30 mins to teleport somewhere else. If I'm missing something please let me know ;_;

This is an ongoing issue, a number of posts with the same title will give you some information. There are also a number of bug reports on the same problem.
I raised SVC-527 which has been closed as a duplicate of SVC-4169 which is now 6 months old. be aware that potentially there could be issues with your PC and connection to the internet too which cause this problem. Finally have you tried to teleport with no hud, prims or AOs attached? that can also cause this problem.
