Can't use credit card to pay for upgrade

Hi, so I joined the Second Life community yesterday and I want to update to a premium account and then buy some L$. I put in my card info last night and it showed as "pending" now that is gone and they charged my card $1.11 but when I try to pay for my premium subscription, it just keeps telling me there was a problem and won't allow me to pay for it. I haven't tried buying L$ yet because I wanted to do the premium subscription first. Can anyone tell me what is wrong please and/or how to fix this? Thanks in advance ~

LL making life hard

I have tried using pre paid all access card ot buy linden...i added it as my payment method i got messaged my LL in world ive tried on two accts...i cant buy linden at all and its driving my crazy there is nothing I can do is there any way that anyone knows that i can buy linden. i added the card to my paypal acct the transaction acted like it was gonan go through then it was refunded the card is now on hold because i had an old bank acct on there mind you this card is no affliated with that old bank acct.. i hadnt used paypal in years....so i tried again without logging into paypal and my other acct now i cant use any form of payment on it at all liek it was locked i dont knwo what to do

From the SL website go the the support link.......it's a secure site so I can't paste the link her. You will find a phone number for billing support. In the US and Canada that number is 1-800-294-1067. There are also numbers for European support but I did not copy them down.
Continuing to try to get your card or payment method after it's failed only creates red flags on that card. Which causes further delays and possibly completely shutting down that card or method permenantly.........which it appears may be the case here.
It's a security issue to prevent fraudulent use of a credit card or paypal account.....it's for your protection.

It seems to have gone thru but two days later .. 2 days after the payment shows as gone thru and no longer pending, I still dont have access to the 20,000 L$ I bought .. it still shows that I bought it, but I have access to 0.00$ worth of it .. I called visa because there was another payment on it by paypal for 1.07 and it was pending and visa said that is normal, it just confirms my address etc .. so I am hoping that soon they will release my L$ to me. What I did was I used the forum search feature and searched "prepaid" until I found what I thought was a solution .. still hoping it works  |

I'm getting the same issue out of nowhere, just today, with my PayPal account.
Only I've been in SL for quite a while, and I've bought L$ many times before.

Just deposited $20 through Paypal on Xstreet and had no problems at all, if you just need some L$ I suggest you try Xstreet. I never buy L$ here, Xstreet have an exchange market, you can follow it and buy lindens when they're cheap.
