Since its been months and this issue isnt even REMOTELY better, Im just going to continue to bring this up.. again.. and again...
Bug reports just sit... who knows if anyone every considers thembut..
Ive reported about 30 times on this over the past 2.5 months:
Teleports commonly make no connection to Database and eventually lead to a logout or a client crash. Its funny. I stayed logged in all night long while I slept. My avatar serving as nothing more than a Traffic Bot. Woke up came on to the computer. Attempted a teleport and then logout..
Summary:
SL works GREAT!!! As long as you just stand there!

Silly me to assume they MIGHT follow up with seeing what type of issues thier userbase is experiencing to better direct their inept ability to fix some things.

Viewer is logged out during failed teleport https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-972The "JIRA" bug tracker is an amazing place to see persistent bugs get perpetually shuffled around and assigned new numbers!
