My graphic card is via chrome 9 (onboard;win xp). SL works but there is one big problem. Right-clicking doesnt work when I click on any object. I can't open a circle edit menu and pick up any ball (i.e. animations like sitting and so on).
I have no idea why even though I really try to resolve the problem.
Any suggestions?

I don't think that's going to be graphics card related. Have you tried aonther mouse?

Maybe... But it is a notebook and a touchpad doesnt work properly in sl as well. But i'll try to change a mouse. My mouse thar I use now is usb connected.

And one important thing more - my mouse works properly in the inventory window. The problem is about objects in the main window.

Try left clicking on the floor or sky to bring the focus to your main window. Then see if your right click works.

I've tried your suggestions out. Just only better a bit. Left clicking doesn't work immediately as well. I mean both Alt+right click and CTRL+right click. Sometimes I can see avatars' circle menu, but I need at least 2 or 3 attempts to do. And nothing more. I am very angry because I'm not able to resolve the problem. It is not comfortable to me  ). The though problem since 4 months. Nothing like that before and makes me angry. Thanks for your support. BTW - Anybody use VIA Chrome9 HC IGP (onboard)? |

I think I understand now. I've had that happen to me on occassion too.........though not nearly as severe as you. It has only happened to me when my computer is lagged. I had to click and hold the button down for a second instead of my usual quick tap of the button to get a response.......is that what you are experiencing? If so, then I guess you could say it's graphics related. But also RAM related, CPU related. When it happened to me it was always when I was "multitasking".......like trying to do something in GIMP while playing SL. I had my computer heavily bogged down with processing.
Tell us some specs on your computer. System RAM, CPU speed, video RAM (if any since you are using intrigrated). And, sorry, don't know anything about the Via Chrome graphics accelerator.

Intel Dual Core 1.46 Ghz
1 GB RAM but 128 MB or 256 MB for VIA Chrome9 HC IGP onboard graphic card
