StackHeap Library low/no memory?

I started up the newest version of SL and logged in. As it was precaching and loading the inventory, an error prompt came up saying that there was little/no memory left and that I should free up some. I closed all background programs, Trillian, WinAmp, Virus scanners, etc., but it still gives me the error. I have the latest Catalyst drivers on a ATI Radeon 9200 and Windows XP. I have 512 RAM and a 1.6MHZ AMD Athlon XP. Any idea as to why this is happening?

[EDIT]: By the way, it was SmartHeap Library, not StackHeap. Sorry.

Try checking disk space, this occurs when windows (Ugh) trys to allocate more disk space to the swap file and fails.

Yup. I had lots of fun with these while playing on a 1 gig HD that filled up every day due to SL not properly wiping temporary files.

Thanks. I uninstalled and redownloaded/reinstalled SL and it works fine now.
